Join Us

Interested in joining the Notre Dame Chorale? Membership is open to all undergraduate and graduate students of the University of Notre Dame, Saint Mary's College, and Holy Cross College. We welcome singers from all colleges and departments, and any level of musical experience, to audition. We hold general auditions with all University choral ensembles at the beginning of each academic year. If auditions have passed, you may still be eligible to audition for the Chorale. Auditions

Auditions for the Notre Dame Chorale's 2025-2026 season are available either virtually online or live on campus. Interested students are encouraged to audition before arriving on campus, if possible. In-person auditions will be held during Welcome Weekend from Sunday, August 24 to Monday, August 25.

Rehearsals

The Notre Dame Chorale rehearses every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-8:15pm in the Michuda Rehearsal Hall at O'Neill Hall of Music. We occasionally hold additional rehearsals in preparation for upcoming concerts. While regular attendance is mandatory, you may still be able to participate if you anticipate a recurring scheduling conflict. If you anticipate a conflict, contact our director to determine your ability to remain in good standing with the Chorale.
